About this deal

Actually now I think, I’m sure we started going really early as when we had to do an extra 3rd nap days due to short naps, she was going down really well in the evening after only 2. She has completed extensive training, certification and continuous professional development with the Gentle Sleep Program(USA), with further studies in Child Sleep Consultancy, Postnatal Depression and Child Nutrition accredited by the OCN (UK). With sleep-shaping supports for newborns, top tips for toddlers, and advice for older children up to the age of six, Lucy’s approach provides a gentle and emotionally considerate way to get your little one to sleep without leaving them alone to cry, ensuring they feel loved, safe and secure at all times. So, it’s been amazing - DD2 was waking pretty much hourly and feeding and rocking was taking ages to settle her. We just can’t stick with such a rigid routine, I don’t want to feel guilty if we’re 10 min late for bed, so we said forget it.

Hang in there, and make sure you get breaks - it’s tough going against your instincts in this way, but I do feel it’s worth it for us all. As a written reference book to keep at hand while you go through the process of dealing with sleep issues, absolutely spot on.Also, my DD started sleeping through very quickly, so I felt why I am I struggling with this so much even though I’m getting sleep? I always said I wouldn't do controlled crying but I feel we need to give it a go or else we're back at square one and that's not fair on my DD either.

I had been holding my 5 month old baby for naps and at night to keep her asleep as she has reflux and would spit up a lot. Her stay-and-support approach has helped thousands of parents achieve the holy grail of babyhood - a full night's sleep.

The Baby Sleep Solution provides all the support needed for both baby and you to get what everyone needs - a good night's sleep! You’ll see in that towards the end a couple of the mums talking about keeping one or two night feeds so it’s there as an option if you feel more comfy. But it was because we got stuck at lying in the corner of the room and everything had become so unpredictable, sometimes she’d go down perfectly, other times loads of crying, and we’d be lying in there for ages. He doesn't feed to sleep except during the night and he used to be able to self settle for naps and at the start of the night but never in the night (including half an hour after he's been put down! We are almost 2 weeks into it now and she still screams and cries for atleast 20 mins (but often 45+ mins) when we put her down.
